Day 3 - Progress is showing
Hello friends I want to report that I have lost 2lbs today. Very exciting!
Day 3 Summary
Breakfast: Probiotic yogurt
snack: banana
lunch: sliced turkey with sliced apples
Dinner: Cod fish with various vegetables and asparagus
